About Ruaha National Park

Ruaha National Park is home to the Greater Kudu, which is a type of antelope that cannot be found in any other national park in Africa. The largest population of elephants in Tanzania can be found at the park, with almost 12,000 individuals. 

Ruaha National Park is Tanzania’s bird paradise with almost 600 species of birds. Birds who have migrated from Europe, Madagascar, Asia, and Australia have been recorded at the park.
