A famous legend tells stories of the lands being home to a Mordvin-Starling who had wed more than fifteen women and bore seventy children. The Kremlin contains 13 towers built in the 16th century and its wall goes for more than 2 kilometers. Today, the towers are sites of history in which various exhibitions about the city’s past are displayed to visitors while other monuments are reminders of the historical battles, success, and defeats. The site is visited daily, not only by tourists but by the locals as well, and other monuments like Art Museums and the armory buildings are accessible at any given time, which gives one the freedom to roam around and take their time to appreciate the city’s energy and atmosphere.
