About Ring of Kerry

The Ring of Kerry around the Iveragh Peninsula is a delightful trip when in Ireland. This tourist trail is part of the Wild Atlantic Way. It’s a must-do, whether for just a day or an entire vacation stay.

There is something for everyone waiting here. For the historian, there are Bronze and Iron Age forts, ancient churches, an abandoned monastery, and the Ogham Stones. Fans of the outdoors will love the cycling and hiking trails, golf courses, and beaches. Want to go fishing? Pack your rod and reel for salmon, trout, bass, flounder, and conger eel. Photographers will want to take pictures of wildlife and coastal landscapes. You won’t go wrong with a stop in one of the seaside villages, at the Beehive Cells, or Moll’s Gap.
