The official museum of the 'National Railway Company' of Belgium, The Train World in Brussels is an entertainment and knowledge hub of the city. The preserved building of the old Schaerbeek railway station houses the museum and is a unique experience to know everything related to railway engines. The museum exhibits information and material dating back to the first steam locomotives till today. The display takes you through the history of Belgian railworks where one can even "drive" a train in an interactive game. Children receive kid's suitcase filled with a treasure hunt to help as a guide through the museum. The main treasure is the collection of very old trains and their statistics up to about 1960. The museum with its enormous displays, surprising facts, and age-old data literally bring the yesterdays of train journey alive in front of your eyes.

You can go on the train to SCHAERBEEK TRAIN STATION and the hôtel is a 3 minute walk, just next to the Schaerbeek Train Station.
