This church was designed in an eclectic style in the late 19th century by architect Victor Besme, who took his inspiration mainly from Romanesque architecture, with some gothic elements. The best thing about the church is the main façade facing the square. The frontal structure built with white Savonnières stones creates a striking contrast to the rest of the brick construction. There are plants in picture frames hanging from the trees in front of the church. When you view this church at night when completely illuminated the church has a splendid medieval look to it. The place undoubtedly deserves a visit to marvel at its beautiful exteriors and interiors.
