About iSimangaliso Wetland Park

Animal Kingdom ruling over natural wilderness elements, avalanching towards prey and seeking refuge from bigger and more dangerous predators; overseen by clear blue skies, surrounded by evergreen flora and air that reaches its highest level of purity, every day, every minute, every second of its existence. It is a Live Lion King spectacle that will have you stare in awe and wonder how Nature managed to create such uncontaminated loveliness.

Everything you see at the iSimangaliso Wetland Park is personified perfection, the result of a godly plan that has been carefully carved out of a dream and gifted to the people in South Africa, and its visitors.

  • Watch out for hippos, they’re everywhere at night, even on the main street of St Lucia town, so be careful driving.
