The Gunung Mulu National Park is a very well-known and prominent
National Park in the world. It is a World Heritage Site due to its
very deep and expansive cave systems which scientists lead expeditions

● The park entry fee is valid for 5days. Staying less than 5 days does
not reduce the amount, and staying after the 5th day will require a
second pass.
● Being physically fit and up for physically taxing activities is a
must for this National Park.
● The Park does not have many services to buy stuff, so you should
carry any items you regularly use yourself.
● Flights and activities are easily delayed by a number of factors so
it is suggested to plan your days accordingly.
● The weather is nice all year round but you should avoid visiting
during peak season or holiday seasons, in order to avoid crowds.
● There are many guided tours available at the Park so make sure to
participate in them.
● There are no Banks here so cash out all you need before visiting.
● There are no medicine shops here apart from the basic medications,
so carry an extra stock of any mediation you are using.
