A giant fan-shaped nature park and a zoo, Macau Giant Panda Pavilion is a house of famous and naughty pandas. It is located in Seac Pai Van Park, Coloane, Macau, China. It also houses a plethora of other species ranging from gorillas, flamingos, peacocks, pheasants, and monkeys.
The zoo provides state-of-the-art facilities which make it different from any other park in china. There are a few special corridors to catch the glimpse of the peculiar and lovely pandas and other animals through large glass windows. You can go for sightseeing and appreciate the natural beauty of the zoo. There are children’s playgrounds, several picnic areas for having fun in the Macau Giant Panda Pavilion. You can also encounter many friendly locals in the morning and evening hours practising Tai Chi.
There is an indoor and outdoor activity arena and exhibition area in the vicinity to spend some quality time for locals and tourists. More interestingly, a few years back two pandas were chosen as the ‘star of the show’ and got the name Kai Kai and Xin Xin. They became the reason to visit the zoo off late. Generally, late afternoon is the best time to have a look at the pandas awake playing and bullying each other. The zoo also offers a souvenir shop to collect valuables related to the zoo and beautiful pandas. Macau Giant Panda Pavilion offers the best natural park to witness the rare glimpse of giant and red pandas you cannot find anywhere else in China.
