  • It will be crowded, so be educated  
  • Try to commence your day as early as possible to beat the crowd and the heat
  • Wear comfortable shoes because there are many descending stairs and appropriate dress
  • Don’t miss the grotto and Crusader ruins which is just below the Church 
  • The architecture, its figures, buildings, its must-see
  • There is ample parking available
  • You will see the rarest collection of artistic portraits of Mary, the mother of Jesus,  
  • People from around the globe come here to witness the history as it is believed that Mary actually lived here
