About Lara Beach

Go wild

Literally, this is a stretch of wilderness more stony than sandy. You will be invading the privacy of shy sea turtles, lazy loggerheads and aloof monk seals. So please; don't litter. Take a swim in the pristine waves. Enjoy your picnic and the silence. Stunning views will await you in the month of spring when nature is bountiful and joyous. This is her territory - you are but a temporary visitor; your time as transient as the seasons. Be respectful. The world needs more beaches like Lara.

Must See

  • A vast stretch of shiny sand and shingle
