About Matam Ajam Al Kabeer Mosque

The Matam Ajam Al Kabeer Mosque can only be described as a product of Persian and Arabian architecture. The Mosque, a vision in blue is a sight for tourists. Prayers are performed daily in the mosque as it is open for the public. The outside of the Mosque is covered with blue tiles with several inscriptions of Surahs and Verses from the Islamic book 'the Quran,' the windows and doorways are a perfect example of Persian architecture, with dome-shaped at the ends they are enormous, constructed from floor till the roof. Inside the mosque, the main prayer hall has been well maintained with beautiful prayer rugs and a delicately decorated roof. A few steps away from the Bab-Al-Bahrain it is easily accessible and a must-see for tourists visiting the region.
