Tips

  • Make sure to bring a bit of cash to tip your tour guide. 
  • Don't forget sunscreen and bug spray.
  • Take a raincoat it is a rainforest! 
  • Don’t forget to try a almond ripe off the counless almond trees you pass (ask your guide) & bananas growing from every direction.
  • Be prepared to see (my favorite) 300yr old Tree of life, inspiring the movie “Avatar”!!! 
  • BRING A BANDANA
  • WEAR SUNGLASSES/GLASSES. You need to protect the eyes! The dust/dirt is flying everywhere and you don't want to be squinting the whole ride.
