How to reach

If you walk from the city center it will take just about 36 minutes to reach the House of Terror

 Taxi would take around 4 to 5 minutes and  will cost you 1428 HUF

The Line 5 Bus will take you 15 minutes and will cost you 352 HUF

The Line19 Tram and Subway will take 18 minutes and will cost you 462 HUF.

 

 

Tips

  • Children might not like the content of the exhibits, therefore it is necessary that Guardians accompany them 
  • Take the help of a guide to know the history of the museum better 
  • Still photography and video cameras are not allowed inside the museum
  • Make sure you get an English leaflet  as generally they are out of stock
  • It is better to buy tickets online as sometimes the queue can be quite long
  • Be mentally  prepared to stand in the queue near the exit lift
