How to reach

Visitors can book organized tours from Cabarete, Puerto Plata, Amber Cove Cruise Port or Sosua. it can also be reached by car. There are also buses from Santiago or Puerto Plata. You need to look for the stop '27 Charcos, La Cascada.'

  • Life jacket and helmets are a must.
  • Always listen to the guides to avoid mishaps. 
  • Wear water shoes with good traction for hiking up and down. 
  • Carry waterproof camera if you want to take your own pictures.
