Buses run from Marrakech to the main town of Setti Fatma in high season.
You can also hire a taxi or join a guided tour.
Must visit the Berber market of Tnin Ourika and village of Setti Fatma.
Visit the place with a local guide.
The Ourika Valley is a great place to buy argan oil and also learn how the local women extract the oil.
Try the Berber tagine at lunch.
There are many shops, restaurants, and food vendors located in and around the Ourika Valley.
Most of the attraction or viewpoint you have to visit by hiking so a bit difficult for the person having a mobility issue.
Mostly on Monday, you can find the local market (souk) of Tnin Ourika sprawls through the village.
Good time to visit during spring, also don't forget to sip the sweet Moroccan mint tea.

Wear comfortable shoes.
Carry an ample amount of water to avoid dehydration.
Make sure you have in your backpack a protective suncream, sunglasses, rainwear, warm clothes, sufficient food, and drink.
