How to reach

Wondering how can you reach Ice Cave, Well getting here isn’t particularly easy as there is no public transport. this place is slightly less beaten than you expected it to be. You could hire a car or book a tour to get here
 

Tips

  • Wear comfortable shoes, appropriate clothes.
  • Make sure you will be spending an entire day here.
  • Before you plan your trip to Ice Cave make sure you are well organized.
  • There is paid to park outside the cave for 5 lei per day.
  • Please keep cash with you as for entrance and to buy some stuff you may need it where the card is not accepted.
  • Carry some good hiking boots you will make your descent on metal an wooden stairs that are usually wet and you will have to climb back. 
  • It is physically demanding especially on the way up is several hundred stairs you need to climb so just you know is not a regular hike. 
  • People with mobility impairments may have difficulties.
  • It is a very unique and interesting place to visit.
