The park is definitely difficult to reach without a car and don't know your way around the city.
Take a train and a local bus to rambutan and from there onto a minibus to the park.
It will work out to about IDR 20,000 for 2 people.
There is also a bus at the park entrance that goes straight to the city center run by a company called Transjakarta with stops only at the elevated platforms. This is about IDR 7,000.

Various facilities range between IDR 10.000 to 15,000 and up to 65,000 for the advanced highlights such as the IMAX Theatre.
