Decide for yourself whether the two dogs and two monkey sculptures at either end of the Japanese Covered Bridge in Hoi An are there because those are the years the Japanese Emperors were born, or if it’s to show the bridge was started in the year of the dog and finished in the year of the monkey. You can even pray to the God of weather in a temple on the north side of the bridge to keep those earthquakes at bay.

Take bus No.1 from city center Head northeast toward Công Nữ Ngọc Hoa, now Turn right at CABANON cafe Hoi an onto Công Nữ Ngọc Hoa, Turn left at Cafe Sáng Bờ Sông Hội An onto Bạch Đằng then Turn right at the bridge onto Trần Phú. You will reach to CauChua pagoda. The taxi services will charge 25000 to 28000 VND. The bus, uber and cab takes 15 minutes to reach the destination and their fare cost is 35,000 VND, 40000 VND, and 52000 VND.
