About Christchurch

Another beautiful county in Dorset, United Kingdom, Christchurch is the perfect destination for a short holiday. With its mix of beaches, natural reserves, Quay tours, and heritage properties, Christchurch will make every visitor happier than before. Two rivers cross through the city, and you will be spoilt for choice between the six beaches that the city has to offer. Of these, Highcliffe Castle Beach, Gundimore and Mudeford Sandback are especially famous. Some of these beaches are also dog-friendly, so if you're traveling with your beloved canine, you will both have a whale of a time. For more organized water adventures, you can head to Waterman's Adventure Park and Eight Below Zone. You can also head to the Adventure Wonderland for roller coasters for everyone. For the heritage enthusiasts, Highcliffe Castle and Christchurch Castle offer great excursions in history and architecture. Spend an evening watching a performance of Jazz music at the Regent Centre or picnicking in the open parks in the day. Do not forget to swing by The Castle Kitchen at Christchurch Castle for a spot of tea on a clear afternoon with some scones.
